Trained at École des Ponts ParisTech, Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and EPFL Lausanne, Vanessa built her expertise over more than ten years between France and Francophone Africa — within Groupe RATP, Tractebel-ENGIE, CPCS, and then at Deloitte Côte d'Ivoire as Senior Manager for the public and government sector.
She has advised governments and international institutions — the World Bank, AfDB, ILO, MCC, AFD — on their most structuring transformation projects. In 2024 she founded ETHNOS CONSEIL on a single conviction: the sustainable performance of an organization comes from the alignment between what it is, how it organizes itself, and the tools it equips itself with.
Beyond consulting, she serves as Secretary General of Hosanna Préma, an association supporting families affected by premature birth, and is actively involved in her faith community.
